采用纤维素酶辅助提取竹叶中黄酮,利用微滤和超滤二级膜联用分离除去竹叶黄酮提取液中的杂质。结果表明,纤维素酶在pH值为5.0,温度55℃,酶解时间120min,酶浓度为1.0mg/mL的条件下,黄酮得率可达4.21%。提取液经过孔径为0.22μm的醋酸纤维素微滤膜一级处理和截留分子量为6ku的改性聚醚砜膜超滤二级处理后,提取液中67.16%的固形物和82.71%的蛋白质等杂质被去除,竹叶黄酮保留率达91%以上。
The extraction of flavonoids from bamboo leaves was assisted by cellulase, and the impurities in the extract of bamboo leaves were removed by the combination of microfiltration and ultrafiltration secondary membrane.
