近代中国社会的主流学问观经历了由儒学区分体用的传统学问观向“文理”分科的新型学问观转变的过程。由于科学精神未能真正贯彻到新的学问观之中,随之也带来了一些新的问题,如民国时期的“重理轻文”现象。“重理轻文”现象的产生有其深刻的社会背景。从实际的效果上分析,这是一种短视的行为,长远来看,“重理轻文”的观念割裂了科学教育与人文教育的关系。
The mainstream view of modern Chinese society has undergone the process of changing from the traditional view of learning depending on the distinction of Confucianism to the new view of learning of the division of “liberal arts”. Because of the fact that the scientific spirit can not be truly implemented in the new view of learning, some new problems have been brought along, such as the phenomenon of “emphasizing the importance of light language and writing” in the period of the Republic of China. There are profound social backgrounds in the emergence of the phenomenon of “emphasis on light language”. From the actual effect analysis, this is a short-sighted behavior in the long run, the concept of “emphasis on light language” cut off the relationship between science education and humanistic education.
