随着我国经济体制改革的深入进行 ,随着市场化程度的逐渐提高 ,《公司法》的许多法律条款已难以适应现实需求。因此 ,从完善公司治理结构 ,外商投资企业立法与公司立法的并轨 ,完善公司债权人保护制度等方面提出一些建议。 With the deepening of the economic reform in our country, with the gradual increase of marketization, many legal provisions of the Company Law have been difficult to adapt to the real needs. Therefore, some suggestions are put forward such as perfecting corporate governance structure, merger of legislation of foreign invested enterprises and company legislation, and perfecting protection system of corporate creditors.
