本文对气体膜分离技术及在含氢干气浓缩制氢节能改造中的应用进行了讨论。采用气体膜分离技术,对含氢干气进行预分离,分离出来的浓缩氢不再进入转化单元,而直接去PSA单元提纯制氢,同时尾气送往转化单元仍作制氢原料。通过技术改造,既节约了浓缩氢原先进入转化单元的无效能耗,又缓解了转化单元高负荷的压力,同时还提高了制氢装置的生产能力。
In this paper, the gas membrane separation technology and the hydrogen-containing dry gas concentration of hydrogen energy-saving retrofit applications are discussed. Gas membrane separation technology, pre-separation of hydrogen-containing dry gas, the separation of concentrated hydrogen will no longer enter the conversion unit, and directly to the PSA unit purification of hydrogen, while the tail gas to the conversion unit is still hydrogen feedstock. Through technological innovation, it not only saves the ineffective energy consumption of the concentrated hydrogen originally entering the conversion unit, but also relieves the pressure of the high load of the conversion unit and at the same time increases the production capacity of the hydrogen production unit.
