目的 分析急救护理在急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的应用效果?方法 将2017年9月至2018年9月到我院急诊科进行治疗的100例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者，以随机方法分为观察组和对照组，均为50例?所有患者均以急诊治疗方案治疗，观察组实施急诊护理，对照组按常规护理原则实施护理，对不同护理之后患者的满意度?血糖?血酮?尿酮水平?病情恢复时间?胰岛素用量?急救有效率?低血糖事件发生率等进行统计学分析和对比?结果 ①观察组(49例，占98.00%)相比对照组(39例，占78.00%)具有更加可观的整体护理满意度(P<0“,”Objective To analyze the effect of emergency nursing on diabetic ketoacidosis patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis who were treated in the emergency department of our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group，with 50 cases in each.All patients were treated with emergency treatment plan.The observation group received emergency nursing，and the control group received nursing according to the principle of routine nursing.The patients\' satisfaction，blood glucose，blood ketone，urine ketone levels，recovery time，insulin dosage，emergency response after different nursing care The efficiency and the incidence of hypoglycemia events were statistically analyzed and compared.Results (1) The observation group (49 cases，accounting for 98.00%) had more considerable overall nursing satisfaction than the control group (39 cases，accounting for 78.00%) (P <0.05).(2) Observation compared with the control group，the 24 hours blood glucose，blood ketone，and urine ketone values in the group were significantly superior to those in the control group (P <0.05).(3) Compared with the control group，the observation group had a shorter time to reach the blood glucose standard ，less bloodline up-to-standard time and urine ketone-negative time (P <0.05).(4) Compared with the control group，the observation group had significantly less insulin dosage (P <0.05).(5) Compared with the control group (34 cases，accounting for 68.00%)，the observation group (45 cases，accounting for 90.00%) had a more ideal first aid effective rate (P <0.05).(6) Compared with the control group (10 cases，accounting for 20.00%)，the observation group (0) had less incidence of hypoglycemia events (P <0.05).Conclusion The provision of emergency nursing measures in the emergency treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis can effectively correct the patient\'s trace indicators，promote the patient\'s recovery，reduce the amount of insulin，improve the efficiency of rescue，and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
