为探讨重组弓形虫P30抗原（rP30）对弓形虫病的诊断价值,将rP30包被于酶标反应板微孔,用常规ELISA检测血清抗体。结果4例染色试验阳性血清,抗-rP30 IgG全部阳性,阳性符合率为 100％;27例虫体IgG/IgM抗体阳性血清中,22例rP30I-ELISA阳性,符合率为85.2％;100例门诊病人和50例献血员血清的阳性检出率分别为9.0％和8.0％。说明rP30检测弓形虫病患者血清具有一定的敏感性和特异性,可望替代天然的弓形虫抗原用于弓形虫病的诊断。
In order to investigate the diagnostic value of recombinant Toxoplasma gondii P30 antigen (Toxoplasma gondii) on toxoplasmosis, rP30 was coated on microplate of ELISA plate and serum antibody was detected by routine ELISA. Results The positive rate of the positive serum and anti-rP30 IgG was 100% in 4 cases of stained sera. The positive rate of rP30I-ELISA was positive in 22 cases of sera IgG / IgM positive sera, and the coincidence rate was 85.2% The positive rates of serums from patients and 50 blood donors were 9.0% and 8.0%, respectively. RP30 detection of toxoplasmosis serum of patients with a certain sensitivity and specificity, is expected to replace the natural Toxoplasma gondii antigen for the diagnosis of toxoplasmosis.
