采用沉降平板法调查某大学图书馆藏书室空气中真菌粒子数状况。结果表明:该图书馆室内空气真菌粒子总平均沉降量为11.68个/皿.5min。不同楼层书库的真菌粒子沉降量差异有显著性(P<0.05);书库高于阅览室;上午1100及下午500高于上午800及下午200;书库湿度超标率高于阅览室(P<0.01)。藏书室的楼层、类型、湿度、通风状况及不同时间等因素与沉降量有关
Investigation of the number of fungal particles in the air of a university library by using the settlement method.
