我厂接受了援外工程设备特大轴承中3米内齿圈的加工任务。该齿圈外径φ2996毫米,内径φ2592毫米,宽度270毫米,材料是5CrMnMo合金钢,热处理硬度HB230~270,模数M16,齿数164,精度9Dc,原安排在5米滚齿机用内铣头圆片铣刀,单分齿加工,分三次铣削完成,估计一个月可加工好一件。但由于采用附加内铣头,大大降低机床刚性,不能采用较大的切削用量,生产效率很低,实际加工一件需3个多月,5件要到75年3季度才能完成,这不仅严重影响援外任务的完成,还由于长期占用5米滚齿机这台关键设备,影响其他产品任务的完成。
