通过不同板厚热切割热影响区宽度、组织、硬度及切割面的形貌分析,对Q345E低合金钢热切割热影响区的组织和性能进行研究。结果表明:Q345E低合金钢热影响区宽度上表面比下表面宽;等离子切割热影响区明显减少,切割面除了氧化皮开裂外,基体均没有切割开裂;母材组织为带状分布的铁素体和珠光体,火焰切割过热区组织为先共析无定形铁素体间夹杂有少量珠光体;等离子切割边缘过热区组织为明显的板条马氏体,正火区为铁素体和珠光体。
The microstructure and properties of hot-cut HAZ of Q345E low-alloy steel were studied by the analysis of the width, the microstructure, the hardness and the morphology of the cutting surface. The results show that the width upper surface of the heat affected zone of Q345E low alloyed steel is wider than the lower surface, the heat affected zone of plasma cutting is obviously reduced, and the cutting surface is not cut and cracked apart from the oxide skin cracking. The base metal is ribbon- Body and pearlite, flame cutting overheating zone for the first eutectoid amorphous ferrite mixed with a small amount of pearlite; plasma cutting edge overheating zone organization obvious lath martensite, normalizing zone of ferrite and pearl body.
