衬砌裂损是山岭隧道病害的主要形式,隧道衬砌裂损直接破坏了隧道结构的整体性,降低了衬砌结构的强度、刚度,影响隧道的正常运行。通过对某公路隧道衬砌外观检测,并利用midas GTS软件对隧道衬砌典型断面进行数值模拟计算,并将模拟分析结果与解析解进行对比。根据解析解计算和数值模拟分析结果,分析影响隧道开裂的成因。同时,通过分析开裂成因,针对隧道实际情况,提出了粘贴碳纤维布加固方案,以期为以后类似工程起到抛砖引玉的作用。
Lining crack damage is the main form of mountain tunnel disease. Tunnel lining crack directly undermines the integrity of the tunnel structure, reducing the strength and stiffness of the lining structure, affecting the normal operation of the tunnel. By inspecting the appearance of tunnel lining of a highway and using midas GTS software to simulate the typical section of tunnel lining, the simulation analysis results are compared with the analytical solution. According to the results of analytical solution and numerical simulation, the causes of tunnel cracking are analyzed. At the same time, by analyzing the cause of cracking, according to the actual situation of the tunnel, a plan of affixing carbon fiber cloth is put forward, with a view to paving the way for similar projects in the future.
