目的根据创建国家卫生城市(以下称创卫)的要求,调查南通市居民和旅客对创卫的满意度。方法根据国家卫生城市的标准要求,于2005、2006和2007年采取问卷调查方法,选取服务行业(宾馆旅店、购物场所、餐饮场所、娱乐场所)和窗口单位(机场、车站、港口码头)的主要服务对象及单位职工和居民为调查对象,共发放800份问卷,了解他们对创卫成效满意度的评价。结果3年来,通过7次标准化的居民满意度调查,南通的创卫满意度总体在不断上升,综合满意率为95.59%,当地居民满意率最高的宾馆旅店为98.32%;过往旅客对市容环境和美化绿化的满意率达到100%。结论创卫实现了首先让人民满意的目标。
Objectives To investigate the satisfaction of Nantong City residents and travelers with Health Care based on the requirements of establishing a national health city (hereinafter referred to as Health Care). Methods According to the requirements of the national health city, questionnaires were taken in 2005, 2006 and 2007 to select the main service sectors (hotel, shopping, dining, entertainment) and window units (airports, stations and port terminals) Service targets and staff and residents of the unit as survey subjects, a total of 800 questionnaires were issued to understand their satisfaction with the effectiveness of the creation of health assessment. Results In the past three years, through seven standardized residents satisfaction surveys, the overall satisfaction rate of health care in Nantong increased continuously with a comprehensive satisfaction rate of 95.59% and that of local hotels with the highest satisfaction rate of 98.32%. Passengers’ Landscaping satisfaction rate of 100%. Conclusion We achieved our goal of first satisfying people.
