通过对医疗纠纷的调查,从患者、医务人员、医疗机构、社会4个维度对医疗纠纷发生因素进行了分析。指出三甲医院门诊纠纷的主要因素是就医流程繁琐、等候时间长,患者对服务态度不满意与医生工作量大有关。住院纠纷的主要因素有:患者对治疗效果不满意是住院医疗纠纷发生的重要因素;保障机制欠缺,费用承担困扰;医务人员难尽合理的注意义务;现阶段国内医疗纠纷预防机制和处理机制薄弱;国内现阶段法律法规仍然不健全,执法部门在处理医患纠纷时往往感到法律依据不足,对待复杂的医疗纠纷难以作出公平公正的判决;媒体宣传的负面影响加剧医患矛盾。
Through the investigation of medical disputes, the factors of medical disputes were analyzed from the four dimensions of patients, medical personnel, medical institutions and society. It is pointed out that the main factor of outpatient service dispute in Top Three hospitals is the tedious process of medical treatment, the long waiting time, the dissatisfaction with the service attitude and the heavy workload of the doctors. The main factors of inpatient disputes include: the dissatisfaction of patients with the treatment effect is an important factor in the occurrence of medical disputes in the hospital; the lack of safeguards mechanism and the unbearable cost commitment; the reasonable care obligations of medical staff; the weakness of the prevention and treatment mechanism of medical disputes in China at this stage At present, the laws and regulations in our country are still not perfect. Law enforcement departments often feel that the legal basis is not enough in the treatment of disputes between doctors and patients. It is difficult to make fair and impartial judgments on complicated medical disputes. The negative impact of media propaganda aggravates the contradiction between doctors and patients.
