采用静态法测定了两种常见中药材地黄、人参在40、60和80℃3个温度水平,5%~85%相对湿度范围内的解吸平衡含水率。通过Henderson、Henderson-Thompson、Modified-Halsey及Chung-Pfost模型,利用SAS软件的REG程序进行回归分析,确定各模型的参数值,以平均相对误差、估计值的标准差及相关系数为评价指标,比较模型的拟合程度,获得描述地黄、人参解吸平衡含水率的最佳模型,并对其影响因素进行了讨论。
The static method was used to determine the desorption equilibrium water content of two common Chinese medicinal herbs Rehmannia glutinosa and ginseng at the temperature of 40, 60 and 80 ℃ and the relative humidity of 5% ~ 85%. Regression analysis was carried out by using Henderson-Henderson-Thompson, Modified-Halsey and Chung-Pfost models using SAS software to determine the parameter values of each model. The average relative error, the standard deviation of estimated values and the correlation coefficient were used as evaluation indexes. The model fitting degree was compared to obtain the best model describing the equilibrium moisture content of Rehmannia glutinosa and ginseng, and the influencing factors were discussed.
