利用32通道声发射仪对热裂化反应塔在水压试验条件下进行了声发射检测与安全评定,为超期服役设备的安全运行提供科学依据,展示了声发射技术现场应用的良好前景。
The acoustic emission and safety assessment of the thermal cracking tower under hydrostatic pressure were carried out by using 32-channel acoustic emission instrument, which provided a scientific basis for the safe operation of over-service equipment and demonstrated the good prospect of field application of acoustic emission technology.
