The evolution of the molecular chain conformations in dilute solution, sub-concentrated solution, concentrated solution and very concentrated solution is discussed in detail. The variation of the chain interactions, the interaction and molecular chain sizes of the molecular chains in the process of lytic aggregation are investigated. Excluding the strict definition of volume, the concept of thermal correlation effect, long-range correlation effect and full Gaussian chain concentration are introduced. It is shown that the molecular chains have different conformational states at different scales in different concentrations of solution. During the process of lytic aggregation from isolated single-stranded (good solution) to multi-chained aggregates, the size of the single-stranded chains has been shrinking.
