利用谐振腔模型,研究了单负超材料构造的多层结构中的表面态的物理机制。发现当满足谐振条件时,在多层结构中将产生表面态,该谐振条件取决于谐振腔内的相位变化。基于上述理论,以单负超材料构造的6层结构为例,分析了该结构的表面态的产生条件和分布情况。该研究为设计含奇特电磁局域特性和隧穿特性的超材料设备提供了有效的途径。
The resonant cavity model is used to study the physical mechanism of the surface state in the multi-layer structure of single-negative metamaterials. It has been found that when the resonant conditions are satisfied, a surface state will be created in the multilayer structure, which depends on the phase change in the resonator. Based on the above theory, taking the 6-layer structure of single-negative metamaterials as an example, the generation conditions and distribution of the surface states of this structure are analyzed. This study provides an effective way to design a metamaterial device with unique electromagnetic local and tunneling properties.
