为提高焊机控制系统的稳定性和实时性,以数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心设计了硬件控制系统,并将μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式实时内核应用到控制系统的软件设计中。介绍了基于μC/OS-Ⅱ的控制系统结构,完成了μC/OS-Ⅱ在TMS320LF2407A上的移植,并根据焊机控制系统功能需求,创建了焊机应用任务,介绍了任务间通讯方法。最后利用脉宽调制(PWM)信号跟随试验证明,基于μC/OS-Ⅱ数字化逆变焊机控制系统具有较高的可靠性。
In order to improve the stability and real-time of the control system of the welding machine, a hardware control system is designed based on the digital signal processor (DSP), and the μC / OS-Ⅱ embedded real-time kernel is applied to the software design of the control system. This paper introduces the structure of control system based on μC / OS-Ⅱ and transplants μC / OS-Ⅱ on TMS320LF2407A. According to the functional requirements of the control system of the welding machine, the task of welding machine is created and the method of inter-task communication is introduced. Finally, the pulse width modulation (PWM) signal follow-up test proved that based on μC / OS-Ⅱ digital inverter welding machine control system with high reliability.
