目的优选复方中草药免疫活性成分最佳的工艺条件。方法用均匀试验法设计最佳提取工艺条件,以复方的提取物得率、巨噬细胞吞噬活性和淋巴细胞增值率为测定指标,研究液料比、温度、提取时间和醇沉比例四个因素提取的免疫活性成分对小白鼠免疫功能的影响。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:液料比20∶1(g/mL),温度为100℃,提取时间为170min,醇沉比例为85%。结论该工艺适合于中草药免疫复方配伍的筛选。
Objective To optimize the optimum conditions of the immune active ingredients of the compound Chinese herbal medicine. Methods The optimum extraction conditions were designed with uniform test method. The yield of compound extract, phagocytic activity of macrophages, and lymphocyte proliferation rate were used as indicators to study the four factors of ratio of liquid to material, temperature, extraction time, and alcohol precipitation rate. The effect of the extracted immune active ingredients on the immune function of mice. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: ratio of liquid to material 20:1 (g/mL), temperature 100°C, extraction time 170 min, and alcohol precipitation ratio 85%. Conclusion The process is suitable for the screening of the compatibility of Chinese herbal medicine immune compound.
