目的:研究微滤与超滤联用技术精制金银花水提液的效果,并与醇沉法作对比。方法:采用HPLC法测定绿原酸的含量及固形物含量,通过选择适宜浓度的NaOH溶液作为清洗剂清洗膜。结果:微滤与超滤联用技术处理的金银花水提液的除杂率和有效成分绿原酸转移率优于醇沉法,微滤-超滤法常温下操作、周期短,膜的清洗方便。结论:微滤与超滤法联用技术可替代传统的醇沉法精制金银花水提液。
Objective: To study the effect of microfiltration combined with ultrafiltration on the purification of aqueous extract of honeysuckle, and to compare with the alcohol precipitation method. Methods: The content of chlorogenic acid and the content of solid were determined by HPLC. The membrane was cleaned by choosing appropriate concentration of NaOH solution as cleaning agent. Results: The removal rate of the aqueous extract of honeysuckle treated with microfiltration combined with ultrafiltration was better than that of the alcohol precipitation method. The microfiltration - ultrafiltration method operated at room temperature with short cycle and membrane cleaning Convenience. Conclusion: Microfiltration combined with ultrafiltration technology can replace the traditional alcohol precipitation refining honeysuckle water extract.
