隧道掘进机(Tunnel Boring Machine,TBM)步进速度对项目工期有较大影响,尤其是敞开式TBM施工与钻爆法相结合时,需要实现长距离步进,如地铁隧道步进过站,特殊情况下的始发洞步进等。以洛阳市某引水隧道工程始发洞步进为例,围绕TBM平底步进技术进行研究,并对施工过程中遇到的技术问题和对策进行分析探讨,为此类工程建设提供了有益借鉴。

Taking the tunneling process of a water diversion tunnel project in Luoyang as an example, the paper studies the TBM flat-bottomed stepping technology, analyzes and discusses the technical problems and countermeasures encountered in the construction process, and provides a useful reference for such project construction.
