目的:观察白藜芦醇(Res)对脂多糖(LPS)攻击小鼠血管反应性的作用。方法:腹腔注射LPS(35 mg/kg)1 h后,肌肉注射白藜芦醇(30 mg/kg)或等体积的溶媒实施干预,记录存活时间;通过生物信号采集系统记录LPS攻击后6 h和12 h的平均动脉血压,同时经右侧颈静脉注射去甲肾上腺素(4.2μg/kg),以注射前后平均动脉血压的差值评价小鼠的整体升压反应;在LPS攻击后6 h留取肠系膜二级微动脉血管,制备离体微血管环,应用离体血管张力系统观察微血管对梯度去甲肾上腺素收缩反应性的变化。结果:白藜芦醇显著延长了LPS攻击小鼠的存活时间;LPS攻击引起了小鼠6 h和12 h的平均动脉血压降低、升压反应增加,但白藜芦醇对LPS攻击小鼠的平均动脉血压及其差值没有明显的作用;LPS攻击显著降低了小鼠离体微血管对去甲肾上腺素的反应性,白藜芦醇引起了血管反应曲线左移,在一定程度上提高了血管反应性。结论:白藜芦醇对腹腔注射LPS小鼠具有一定的保护作用,表现在延长存活时间、提高微血管的反应性。
Objective: To observe the effect of resveratrol on the vascular reactivity of mice induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Methods: After intraperitoneal injection of LPS (35 mg / kg) for 1 h, intramuscular injection of resveratrol (30 mg / kg) or equal volume of vehicle was used for intervention and the survival time was recorded. CONCLUSION: Resveratrol has a protective effect on intraperitoneal injection of LPS in mice, which shows that it prolongs survival time and improves microvascular reactivity.
