随着我厂电力机车生产任务的增长,对工模具的使用寿命和可靠性提出了新的要求。尤其是如何提高冲制批量很大的0.5毫米厚矽钢片制件的各类模具的使用寿命,显得特别迫切。电火花强化工艺是一种对金属材料进行表面处理的工艺技术。它的原理是通过电脉冲能量产生高温,使电极和工件上的局部区域熔化或汽化,电极材料向工件迁移的物理化学反应过程。考虑到把硬质合金材料涂覆在各类模具、刀具和机械零部件的表面上,可以提高表面硬度,增加耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,达到延长其使用寿命的目的。我厂进行了下述试验,取得了较好的效果。
With the growth of the production tasks of electric locomotives in our factory, new requirements are put forward on the service life and reliability of tooling and dies. In particular, it is particularly urgent to improve the service life of various types of dies for the production of 0.5 mm-thick silicon steel parts having a large batch size. EDM is a kind of metal surface treatment technology. Its principle is through the electric pulse energy to produce high temperature, the electrode and the workpiece on the local area melting or vaporization, the electrode material to the workpiece migration of physical and chemical reaction process. Taking into account the carbide coating on various types of mold, tool and mechanical parts surface, can improve the surface hardness, increase wear resistance and corrosion resistance, to extend the life of the purpose. I plant the following test, achieved good results.
