我区在1958年计划修建公路原定1574公里,在炼铁战役中又增加矿区路线二百多公、里,在技术人员少,测设路线多,需要急的情况下,要完成这一任务,是有不少困难的。去年八月间,我局召开了一次技术人员会议,把当前繁重而紧迫的测设工作,作了专题研究。在解放思想、破除迷信的思想指导下,定出了一个既快又省的简化测设办法,实行以来,各县测设队的内外业进度,每天平均都能达2.5～3公里,比过去提高了工效三倍,从而按期完成了1700公里的测设任务,满足了全面施工的要求。茲将简化测设办法介绍如下:
