工会指的就是工人阶层的群众性的组织机构,不仅是党与职工人员之间相互沟通的枢纽,同时还具备维护职工权益的根本职责,其对于企业的和谐发展起着关键作用。现代企业的发展离不开工会工作的支持。当前,我国市场经济改革不断深入,社会形势已经发生变化,如何在新时期做好工会管理工作,维护广大工人群众的切身利益是工会工作新的重点问题。基于这种情况,本文分析了企业工会工作存在的问题,并根据现状提出了一些改进措施。
Trade unions refer to the mass organizations of the working class. They are not only the hubs for communication between the party and the workers, but also have the fundamental duty of safeguarding the rights and interests of workers. They play a key role in the harmonious development of the enterprises. The development of modern enterprises can not do without the support of trade unions. At present, the market economy reform in our country continues to deepen. The social situation has changed. How to do a good job in the management of trade unions in the new period and safeguard the immediate interests of the masses of workers is a new key issue in trade union work. Based on this situation, this article analyzes the existing problems in the work of trade unions, and puts forward some improvements according to the status quo.
