我院自1980年1月至1990年12月，经外科手术及病理证实1392例贲门癌中，发现贲门鳞癌26例，占1．9％，报道如下。临床资料26例中，男21例，女5例；年龄40～60岁。依据进食梗阻史、X线检查，部分经胃镜证实。施行责门癌根治术，食管胃弓下吻合术，有4例作行全胃切除。其中贲门鳞
In our hospital from January 1980 to December 1990, 1392 cases of cardiac cancer were confirmed by surgery and pathology. 26 cases of cardial squamous cell carcinoma were diagnosed, accounting for 1.9%, as reported below. Clinical data in 26 cases, 21 males and 5 females; aged 40 to 60 years old. According to the history of eating obstruction, X-ray examination, some confirmed by gastroscopy.
