中原油田地质条件复杂,开发难度大。由于断块小,井网控制程度低,部分油井受注水影响小或受不到影响,靠天然能量开采。一部分低渗透油井,在低生产压差下难以启动。而边缘井则完全靠弹性开采。近年来,为了挖掘低渗透、低产量、低液面井的生产潜力,中原油田大力发展小泵深抽提液技术,目前已成为油田的主要增产措施之一。小泵深抽工艺技术就是通过加深泵挂,增大泵的沉没压力,放大生产压差,从而保证“三低井”的正常生产,并力求启动新层,增加可采储量。中原油田这些年来,不断应用和发展小泵深抽工艺和配套技术,取得了明显的增产效果。但随着泵挂深度的
