中小型房地产企业在我国不断出台宏观政策的调整之下遇到了前所未有过的发展难题,特别是企业融资。房地产企业的发展需要强大的资金运转,资金链的紧缩,中小房地产企业不能够坐以待毙,也不能够好高骛远,而应该积极探寻适合自己的融资方式。同时结合SY地区特点从寻求战略伙伴、民间借款、现金浮游量、延长付款时间和额度等方面试图探索一条适应特定经济形势下的融资思路。
Small and medium-sized real estate enterprises have encountered unprecedented development challenges under the macroeconomic policies that have been promulgated in our country, especially in corporate finance. The development of real estate business requires a strong capital operation, the tightening of the capital chain, small and medium-sized real estate companies can not sit still, nor be far-reaching, but should actively explore the financing for their own way. At the same time, in the light of the characteristics of the SY region, it tries to explore a financing way to adapt to a specific economic situation in terms of seeking strategic partners, non-governmental loans, floating cash reserves, extending payment time and quotas.
