目的:探讨槐果碱及氧化槐果碱对昆明小鼠的急性毒性反应。方法:通过向昆明小鼠尾静脉注射不同浓度的槐果碱及氧化槐果碱溶液,观察并记录槐果碱及氧化槐果碱对小鼠的毒性反应。利用SPSS 13.0统计学软件计算其对小鼠的半数致死量(LD50)。结果:昆明小鼠对槐果碱及氧化槐果碱单次尾静脉注射LD50分别为63.94,250.37 mg·kg-1,二者95%可信区间分别为56.49~73.08 mg·kg-1,219.05~288.02 mg·kg-1。结论:槐果碱和氧化槐果碱单次尾静脉注射对昆明小鼠有一定的毒性,槐果碱的氧化产物毒性明显降低。
Objective: To investigate the acute toxicities of sophocarpine and oxycodone in Kunming mice. Methods: The toxic effects of sophocarpine and oxysophocarpine on mice were observed and recorded by injecting different concentrations of sophocarpine and oxycodone in Kunming mouse tail vein. The LD50 of the mice was calculated using SPSS 13.0 statistical software. Results: The LD50 of single-tail intravenous injection of sophocarpine and oxycodone in Kunming mice were 63.94 and 250.37 mg · kg-1, respectively. The 95% confidence intervals of the two groups were 56.49-73.08 mg · kg-1,219.05-288.02 mg · kg-1. Conclusion: The single tail vein injection of sophocarpine and oxycodone has certain toxicity to Kunming mice, and the toxicity of sophocarpine is obviously reduced.
