我厂参照兄弟单位的经验,结合厂内具体情况制成了一种腐蚀探针测定仪,其原理是,利用金属腐蚀后电阻产生的变化来测量金属腐蚀率(见下图)。测量桥路由 R_x、R_y、R_o、R_z 和滑线电阻盘 R_m 组成。R_x 为腐蚀片的电阻,R_y 为温度补偿片电阻。当 R_x 受到腐蚀时,其截面积减小而电阻值增大(R_x 和 R_y 原始值均在0.025Ω左右),这样桥路失去平衡,于是桥路有不平衡电位输出。
