本文报告192例脊柱肿瘤的诊断和治疗。其中:良性与肿瘤样病变44例,手术治疗40例,活检后单纯放疗或化疗4例;获1～20年随访者28例,复发5例,良好23例。恶性肿瘤66例,手术治疗39例,活检后单纯放疗或化疗27例;随访42例,1年内死亡31例,良好11例。转移癌82例,手术治疗20例,单纯放疗或化疗8例,未治54例,随访35例,1年内死亡30例,存活5例。对脊柱肿瘤的早期诊断要点和综合治疗进行了讨论。
This article reports 192 cases of spinal tumor diagnosis and treatment. Among them, 44 were benign and tumor-like lesions, 40 were treated surgically, and 4 were treated with radiotherapy or chemotherapy alone after biopsy. Of the 28 patients who were followed up for 1 to 20 years, 5 were relapsed and 23 were good. 66 cases of malignant tumor, 39 cases of surgical treatment, biopsy after radiotherapy alone or chemotherapy in 27 cases; 42 cases were followed up, 31 cases died within 1 year, good in 11 cases. Tumor metastasis in 82 cases, 20 cases of surgical treatment, radiotherapy alone or chemotherapy in 8 cases, 54 cases not treated, followed up 35 cases, 1 died in 30 cases, 5 cases of survival. The main points of the early diagnosis of spinal tumors and comprehensive treatment were discussed.
