为了了解氟安定对小鼠的镇痛作用,试验采用小鼠热板法和温浴法测小鼠痛阈的变化,并试验了纳洛酮对氟安定是否有颉颃作用。结果表明:100,200 mg/kg的氟安定能明显延长镇痛反应潜伏期,小鼠灌胃1 h后有效,灌胃2 h痛阈到达高峰;100,200 mg/kg氟安定能明显抑制小鼠温浴法甩尾反应,注射氟安定2 h左右痛阈达到高峰;氟安定+纳洛酮组相对对照组的痛阈提高百分率比氟安定+生理盐水组相对对照组的痛阈提高百分率有所降低,氟安定的镇痛作用有减弱趋势。说明氟安定对小鼠具有较好的镇痛作用,纳洛酮对氟安定有颉颃作用。
