水闸信息系统管理水平的提高取决于水闸设施和设备的安全和可靠运行。近代水闸建设广泛采用了精密的自动化和信息化的先进设备和仪器,但是每逢雷雨天气往往因雷击而遭受不同程度的故障或损坏,导致无法正常工作,给水闸的安全运行带来了威胁并造成严重的经济损失。本文对水闸信息系统遭受雷击侵害和防雷问题的重要性进行了分析;提出了雷电灾害应采取的预防措施;较详细地阐述了落实这些措施应遵守的一系列规范。
The improvement of the management level of sluice information system depends on the safe and reliable operation of sluice facilities and equipment.
