介绍了一种基于PLC技术、组态技术、Historian数据库技术和通信技术的设备运行统计分析方法。利用i FIX组态软件内部集成的微软的VBA开发环境,将i FIX驱动采集到的现场数据进行压缩、存储、调用、计算,并展示到自动化平台画面上,解决了常规报表因格式和功能单一而不能实现灵活数据报表的问题,达到了准确、灵活归类统计运行数据的目的,方便技术人员及时了解设备运行状态,有计划地执行检修任务,保障生产顺利进行。对于煤矿提高生产调度、决策指挥的信息化水平具有重要意义。
