目的：考察醋酸甲地孕酮胶囊与进口美可治片的溶出度是否一致，以探讨自研样品处方和工艺的可行性。方法：照溶出度测定法（中国药典１９９５年版二部附录ＸＣ）第二法进行测定。结果：自研样品与进口产品在１２０ｍｉｎ内溶出度基本一致，具有相似的溶出曲线。结论：自研产品的处方和工艺是可行的
OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether the dissolution rate of megestrol acetate capsules and imported tablets are consistent with each other, so as to explore the feasibility of prescription and process of self-made samples. Method: According to the dissolution assay (Chinese Pharmacopoeia 1995 edition two Appendix XC) second method for determination. Results: The dissolution rate of self-developed samples and imported products in 120min were basically the same, with similar dissolution curves. Conclusion: It is feasible to self-study the prescription and technology of the product
