用裂解毛细管色谱法对29株核型多角体病毒、16株颗粒体病毒和11株质型多角体病毒进行了表征分析,通过分析裂解图特征峰,可区分NPV、GV和CPV彼此间的差异和相同亚群不同分离株间的异同,用聚类分析可进一步证明PyGC对昆虫包涵体病毒模式识别的可行性。为分类鉴定病毒及其生化特性提供了一种现代分析方法。
Characterization of 29 nuclear polyhedrosis viruses, 16 strains of granulosis virus and 11 strains of polyhedrosis virus by pyrolysis capillary chromatography revealed differences in NPV, GV and CPV among each other by analyzing the characteristic peaks of the cleavage map And similarities and differences between different isolates from the same subpopulation. Cluster analysis can further prove the feasibility of PyGC for pattern recognition of the inclusion body of the virus. It provides a modern analytical method for the classification and identification of viruses and their biochemical characteristics.
