目的:研究牵茴胶囊增加胃及小肠平滑肌蠕动功能,增强胃排空及小肠推进功能的作用。方法:牵茴胶囊药粉连续给ig药4天。未次给药后60min每只鼠灌胃给酚红溶液,再经20min处死动物,测定胃和小肠各段PSP总量及残留量。计算对正常小鼠、新斯的明及阿托品处理小鼠胃排空百分率及小肠推进相对百分率,并与吗丁啉药物作对照。结果:在正常组,牵茴胶囊增强胃排空及小肠推进速率明显加快,作用强于吗丁啉(P<0.01);新斯的明组,牵茴胶囊增强胃排空与吗丁啉比较有显著差异(P<0.05),对小肠的推进功能作用与新斯的明无显著差异(P>0.05)但与吗丁啉比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。在阿托品组,牵茴胶囊对小鼠增强胃排空与吗丁啉比较有显著差异(P<0.01),对小肠推进作用与吗丁啉比较也有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:牵茴胶囊对正常小鼠和新斯的明、阿托品处理小鼠均有增强胃排空及小肠推进功能作用,其作用强于吗丁啉
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Shenyan capsule on the function of gastric and intestinal smooth muscle peristalsis and enhance the function of gastric emptying and small intestine advancing. Method: Apigenin capsule powder was given to ig for 4 days. 60 min after each administration, each mouse was intragastrically administered phenol red solution, and the animals were sacrificed after 20 min to determine the total amount of PSP and residues in the stomach and small intestine. The percentage of gastric emptying and the relative percentage of intestinal propulsion in mice treated with normal mice, neostigmine and atropine were calculated and compared with domperidone. RESULTS: In the normal group, Jingyan capsules enhanced gastric emptying and the speed of intestinal propulsion was significantly faster, and the effect was stronger than that of domperidone (P<0.01); Xinsimingming group and Yangyan capsules enhanced gastric emptying compared with domperidone. There was a significant difference (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in promoting function between the small intestine and neostigmine (P>0.05), but there was a significant difference compared with domperidone (P<0.01). In the atropine group, there was a significant difference (P<0.01) in the mice with gastric evacuation and domperidone between the rats with atropine capsules, and there was also a significant difference in promoting the small intestine compared with motilium (P<0.01). Conclusion: The capsules of Yangzhi capsules in the normal mice and neostigmine and atropine-treated mice have enhanced gastric emptying and small intestine advancing function, which is stronger than that of domperidone.
