在前人质疑文化全球化范式中的单向全球化观点的基础上,本文提出了文化何以从“边缘”向“中心”流动的问题。通过借鉴美国社会学家墨顿的“本土人”和“普世者”的范式,文章提出了“消费本土性”与“消费普世性”的分析性概念,并揭示了消费本土性的流动过程所导致的文化随迁的后果。消费本土性(本土化饮食偏好与饮食文化)伴随劳动者从“边缘”向“中心”的迁移过程,就是他者文化向“中心”迁移的过程。文章对这一文化随迁现象的机制和途径进行了分析,并剖析了内部消费市场在文化随迁中的作用。
Based on the previous questioning of one-way globalization in the cultural globalization paradigm, this paper proposes how culture can flow from “periphery ” to “center ”. By referring to the paradigm of “natives” and “universalists” by the American sociologist Merton, the article proposes analytical concepts such as “native consumption of consumption” and “universal consumption of consumption” And reveals the consequences of cultural relocation as a result of the flow of consumer natives. Consumption of local (local dietary preferences and food culture) with the workers from the “edge” to the “center” of the process of migration is the other’s culture to “center ” process of migration. The article analyzes the mechanism and ways of this cultural shift phenomenon and analyzes the role of internal consumer market in cultural relocation.
