养阴镇静丸(下称养阴丸),系白求恩医大临床一院,在多年临床中总结出的对神经衰弱治疗之有效方药。经万余人次服用,证实该药疗效好,具有副作用小,可长期服用的优点。本文仅对养阴丸的镇静与镇痛作用,作初步药理分析如下。实验材料养阴丸的药物组成:茯苓、党参、夜交藤、麦冬、丹参、远志、生地、元参、当归、柏子仁、硃砂、珍珠母,实验时取上药过120目筛之药粉,用蒸馏水混匀后,作灌胃用。实验动物为大白鼠、小白鼠,雌雄均等,随机分组。 Yangyin Zhenjing Pill (hereinafter referred to as Yangyin Pills), a clinical hospital of Bethune Medical University, has been effective for many years in the treatment of neurasthenia. The experimental materials Yangyinwan’s drug composition: Poria cocos, Codonopsis pilosula, Radix paeoniae, Ophiopogon japonicus, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Polygala tenuifolia, Rehmannia glutinosa, Radix ginseng, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Bozi ren, cinnabar, and mother of pearl. After mixing with distilled water, use for gavage. The experimental animals were rats and mice, male and female, and were randomly divided into groups.
