沙漠野生蔬菜沙芥营养丰富,尤以VC、纤维素含量较其他常见蔬菜突出,具有行气、止痛、消食等功效。生于贫瘠荒漠之地,栽培技术简单,易于管理,引入大田中,进行规模化栽培,对改善人的营养结构、增加农民收入具有积极作用。人工栽培沙芥不但经济效益可观,而且有极好的生态效益和社会效益。目前沙芥种植和加工,在内蒙古、陕西、宁夏沙漠地区已逐步发展成为一个新兴的产业,且势头强劲,发展潜力巨大。东北地区引种尚属首次,初步研究证明,沙芥具有广泛的推广前景。
Desert wild vegetables, sandy mustard nutrient-rich, especially VC, cellulose content than other common vegetables prominent, with qi, analgesic, digestion and other effects. Born in barren deserts, cultivation techniques are simple, easy to manage, introduced into the field, large-scale cultivation, to improve human nutrition structure, increase farmers’ income has a positive effect. Not only the economic benefits of artificial cultivation of sand mustard, but also has excellent ecological and social benefits. At present, planting and processing of canned mustard has gradually developed into an emerging industry in the desert areas of Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi and Ningxia with strong momentum and great potential for development. Introduction for the first time in Northeast China is the first time, preliminary studies have shown that sandy mustard has a wide range of promotion prospects.
