为研究影响粉煤灰膏体管道输送水力坡度的主要因素,采用输送环管试验进行水力测试,运用正交试验法对测试结果进行分析,定量确定了粉煤灰膏体水力坡度对不同管道流速、管径、料浆浓度的敏感程度,以及随各因素的变化趋势。结果表明,粉煤灰膏体输送水力坡度随流速及料浆浓度增加而加大、随管径增加而减小,且流速是影响水力坡度的最主要因素。为了提高粉煤灰膏体料浆的泵送性能,选用A_1B_3C_2输送方案,即流速1 m/s,管径125 mm,浆体浓度为53%。
In order to study the main factors that affect the hydraulic slope of pipeline conveying fly ash paste, the hydraulic loop test was used to test the hydraulic test, and the orthogonal test was used to analyze the test results to quantitatively determine the influence of hydraulic gradient of fly ash paste on the flow rate of different pipes , Diameter, the concentration of slurry sensitivity, and with the trend of various factors. The results show that the hydraulic slope gradient of fly ash paste increases with the increase of flow velocity and slurry concentration, decreases with the increase of diameter, and the flow velocity is the most important factor affecting the hydraulic gradient. In order to improve the pumping performance of fly ash slurry, A_1B_3C_2 transportation scheme was selected, that is, flow rate of 1 m / s, diameter of 125 mm and slurry concentration of 53%.
