探讨了截割硬岩时截割线速度对截齿受力和应力分布的作用情况,通过Pro/E三维建模,利用ANSYS对不同截割线速度下截齿受力情况进行有限元分析。分析结果表明,随着截割线速度的增加,截齿所受最大应力减小,而随着线速度的继续增加,最大应力值减小的幅度降低。
The effect of cutting line velocity on the force and stress distribution of cutting picks when cutting hard rock is discussed. By using Pro / E 3D modeling and ANSYS, the finite element analysis of picks under different cutting line speeds is carried out. The analysis results show that with the increase of the cutting line speed, the maximum stress of the pick decreases, while the decrease of the maximum stress decreases with the continuous increase of the linear velocity.
