目的:探讨深圳市宝安区学龄前儿童血液铁的含量,为学龄前儿童预防铁缺乏的合理保健,提供科学依据。方法:采用BH5100型多通道原子吸收光谱分析仪及专用配套试剂,严格按照仪器和试剂说明书操作。结果:小于2岁和大于7岁年龄组与其它各组比较P<0.01,差异非常显著。但随年龄递增血液铁的含量呈增加趋势。结论:年龄越小,学龄前儿童血液铁含量越低,小于2岁尤为显著。这应引起相关行政部门及妇幼保健院的足够重视。
Objective: To explore the content of blood iron in preschool children in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City, and provide scientific basis for pre-school children to prevent iron deficiency. Methods: Using BH5100 multi-channel atomic absorption spectrometer and special reagents, in strict accordance with the instrument and reagent manual. Results: There were significant differences between P <0.01 and P <0.01 in the groups of less than 2 years old and more than 7 years old. But with increasing age, blood iron content is increasing. Conclusion: The younger the age, the preschool children’s blood iron content is lower, less than 2 years of age is particularly significant. This should arouse enough attention from relevant administrative departments and MCH.
