玉清湖水库工程是济南市政府“九五”计划中的重要项目,库区内裂隙粘土分布广泛,且大部分可用来筑坝的壤土分布在裂隙粘土之下,为充分利用裂隙粘土,降低投资,本工程在设计中经分析论证,确定了合理的坝型,使裂隙粘土不受外界因素的影响,保持其性能的稳定,达到使用目的,在经济运距及经济开采深度内,合理并充分地利用了料场分布的两种土料资源。
