本实验利用人食管癌细胞系(Eca 109)分别移植于裸小鼠肌肉内和肾包膜囊下,对其生长和侵袭特性进行了光镜和电镜观察。肌肉内侵袭组肿瘤成活率为100%,瘤组织呈鳞状上皮癌结构,癌细胞向肌肉组织内活跃而广泛的侵袭,受侵组织变性、萎缩。肾包膜囊下侵袭组移植成活率为66.66%,癌组织沿细胞间隙从肾皮质向深部侵袭,受侵肾小管变性、萎缩,最后肾组织被瘤细胞取代。实验证明Eca 109细胞在裸小鼠肌肉组织内和肾包膜囊下均可呈侵袭性生长,无淋巴结和肺转移。
In this study, the human esophageal cancer cell line (Eca 109) were transplanted in nude mice submandibular capsule, the growth and invasion characteristics were observed by light and electron microscopy. Intramuscular invasion group tumor survival rate of 100%, tumor tissue was squamous cell carcinoma structure, cancer cells to the active and widespread invasion of muscle tissue, invasion of tissue degeneration and atrophy. Survival rate of renal capsule subgingival invasion group was 66.66%, cancer tissue along the cell gap from the renal cortex to the deep invasion, invasion of renal tubular degeneration, atrophy, the last renal tissue was replaced by tumor cells. Experiments show that Eca 109 cells in the nude mouse muscle tissue and subrenal capsule can be invasive growth, no lymph node and lung metastasis.
