总结二个医院7年来胃镜检查资料，发现胃恒径动脉破裂致上消化道大出血17例。临床以呕血为首发症状，病情凶险。急诊胃镜可发现有喷射状出血，局部小的糜烂及溃疡。病变部位多在胃底，少数可允贲门、胃体、胃窦、十二指肠球部。胃镜下予以注射硬化剂、电凝及局部给药多能达到止血可的。提示：胃恒径动脉致上消化道大出血并非罕见，由于出血量大而快，临床工作者应高度重视。
Summary of two hospitals in 7 years gastroscopy data and found that gastric artery diameter artery rupture induced upper gastrointestinal bleeding in 17 cases. Clinical vomiting as the first symptom of vomiting, dangerous condition. Emergency gastroscopy can be found in a jet-like bleeding, local erosion and ulcers. More lesions in the fundal, a few may allow cardia, stomach, stomach, duodenal bulb. Gastroscopy to be injected sclerotherapy, coagulation and local administration of multi-bleeding can be achieved. Tip: gastric constant artery caused by upper gastrointestinal bleeding is not uncommon, due to large and fast bleeding, clinicians should attach great importance.
