本文着重讨论了离心式气-固两相流风机中叶型的设计方法问题。采用控制载荷法及单相耦合和塑-脆性损失模型,分别对4种载荷的叶型进行了叶片磨损计算和分析。以磨蚀的均匀性、总的体积磨损量和气动性能作为质量评价标准,认为最小扩压度加载叶型比较好:但如果吸取其它载荷之长,组合成适当的综合加载叶型,可以在满足气动性能要求的前提下,使叶片的防磨性为之改善,从而从另一个方面证明控制载荷设计法的优越性。
This article focuses on the design of centrifugal air-solid two-phase flow fan blade design method. Controlled load method and single-phase coupling and plastic-brittle loss model were used to calculate and analyze blade wear of four kinds of loaded blades. Taking the abrasion uniformity, the total volumetric wear and the aerodynamic performance as the quality evaluation criteria, it is considered that the minimum degree of divergence is better for loading the blade type. However, if other long loads are taken into consideration and combined to form the proper integrated load leaf type, Aerodynamic performance requirements under the premise of making the blade wear-resistant to improve, so as to prove the superiority of the control load design method from another aspect.
