目的探讨分析乳牙一次根管治疗术后短期疼痛反应,为临床实践提供参考。方法选择门诊乳牙慢性牙髓炎患儿164例,随机分成实验组(一次根管治疗)84例和对照组(两次根管治疗)80例,术后24 h、48 h、1周疼痛调查,两组间比较并做统计分析。结果一次根管治疗与两次根管治疗术后短期疼痛反应差异无统计学意义。结论一次根管治疗的方法在很多方面优于两次根管治疗,可以适当在乳牙根管治疗中应用。 Objective To investigate the short-term pain response after primary root canal treatment of primary teeth and provide reference for clinical practice.
