随着高通量有机合成技术的不断提高,合成的化合物库日益增大,使用传统的柱色谱等手段难以满足分离速度的需求;同时由于低纯度的化合物在活性筛选过程中往往产生不真实的数据,干扰实验结果,所以纯化后化合物库的纯度标准需要提高。为解决液相组合化学合成产物的分离速度和质量问题,组合化学家们相继发展了制备色谱和氟试剂等方法和试剂。综述了各种液相组合合成分离方法及特点,重点介绍了近年发展起来的氟化学分离技术。

In order to solve the problem of separation speed and quality of liquid-phase combined chemical synthesis products, combinatorial chemists have successively developed methods and reagents for preparation of chromatography and fluorine reagents. The synthesis and separation methods and characteristics of various combinations of liquid phases are reviewed. The fluorine chemical separation technology developed in recent years is mainly introduced.
