研究目的:南昌至赣州城际铁路是京九客运专线先期实施部分,是江西省以南昌为中心“十”字型快速铁路网的组成,承担着大量城际和长途跨线客流。新建昌赣城际铁路引入既有枢纽方案,是一个复杂的系统工程,其特点是涉及因素众多,且具有定量与定性相结合、模糊性很高,需要一种方法来进行方案的综合评价和决策。研究结论:在枢纽总图布局稳定、客站分工明确的情况下,应用基于集对分析的模糊综合评判方法,对昌赣城际铁路沿京九线引入和沿沪昆线引入南昌枢纽2个方案进行了比选,涉及4个影响因素,最终计算得出最优方案,与专家组定性分析比对结果一致,这说明了此方法的可行性和有效性,可为该领域的方案比选研究提供参考。
Research purposes: Nanchang to Ganzhou Intercity Railway is the pre-implementation part of the Beijing-Kowloon Passenger Line, Nanchang, Jiangxi Province as the center of the “ten” font fast rail network composition, bear a large number of inter-city and long-distance passenger flow. The new Chang-Gan inter-city railroad has introduced the existing hub project, which is a complicated systematic project. It is characterized by many factors involved, with a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis and high ambiguity. It needs a method to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of the project and decision making. Research conclusions: Under the situation that the layout of the general layout of the hub is stable and the division of labor between stations is clear, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on set pair analysis is applied to analyze two schemes of Chang-Gan Inter-city Railway introduced along Beijing-Kowloon Line and Nanchang Junction along Shanghai-Kunming Line Compared with four factors, the final calculation of the optimal program, and expert panel qualitative analysis of the results of the comparison, indicating the feasibility and effectiveness of this method, the program for the field of comparison and selection for reference.
