接你市驻房调整委员会一九五三年二月五日(53)房调字第○七九八号函,为询示会联与工商联及房管局代管或接管之临时性土地房产能否准其出售一案,经本会提出意见呈中央核示;兹接中央人民政府内务部一九五三年四月四日内地(53)字第八四号函覆同意本会意见并另指示一点意见,兹并覆如下:一、武汉市房地产管理局配拨各机关使用之土地上,有该局接管之临时性房屋,若使用土地机关因建设需要,必须拆除时,除应经武汉市人民政府批准外,为利于以房养房,并应由使用土地机关对被拆除之房屋给与适当之代价专作修理公房之用;若使用单位为国营企业或地方国营企业部门,其被拆除之房屋则由该企业部门清占入账,作为国家之投资。
